I began my marketing career in the early 2000s and over the past 15 plus years I have worked with companies of all shapes and sizes across a variety of diverse industries. Whether at large multi-national corporations or seed stage startups, I always saw ample opportunity for business growth by expanding my influence beyond the traditional marketing boundaries. I pushed the limits of what was considered marketing by incorporating data, technology, operations, sales, and product functions. Several years later, organizations started seeing the value of combining some of these disciplines and created a function called RevOps.

I’ve pushed that RevOps concept even further in developing my current approach to “Growth” which I define as a combination of philosophies and practices across multiple functions that increase an organizations ability to deliver upon growth objectives. My unique spin on the discipline utilizes a strong data-driven methodology, focusing on efficiency, and leveraging technology within an iterative and scalable framework to ensure sustainable growth is achieved.
